Purchase of Private Care
Those
who wish to purchase care directly from Hetton Home Care Services
can do so by contacting us on: 0191 517 1479 or 0191 517 2147
Should
you decide you would like to purchase a service we will arrange
for a visit by one of our senior staff. At this visit an assessment
of your care needs and any associated risks will be carried
out. You will be given an information pack containing contact
numbers for Hetton Home Care Services, Home Support Workers
Diary, our Complaints Procedure, your Service User Plan. We
will also ask you to sign a contract agreeing the terms and
conditions between you and ourselves.
You
will be given the name of the Home Support Assistant/s who
will be providing your care and a time for the visits will
be agreed with you. We will also explain to you what happens
when your regular home support assistant is not available.
At each visit by a Home Support Worker the worker should record
details of their visit in the diary and also ask you to confirm
the visit by signing a time sheet.
An
invoice of hours worked will be sent to you on a monthly basis,
copy timesheets can also be sent at your request. Payment
can be made by cash or cheque payable to Hetton Home Care
Services and should be made within 7 days of receipt of the
invoice.
