Our
Services
Since
inception in 1994 the service has worked successfully under
contract to the City of Sunderland Social Services Department.
The agency now contracts 4 services with the City. These services
are also available to people who wish to purchase care directly
from us.
•
Personal Care (assistance with washing, dressing, toileting,
getting in and out of bed & prompting medication)
• Domestic Care (housework, laundry & shopping)
• Companionship & Community Support for Carers (taking
cared for person out or sitting in with the cared for person
to allow their carer to have a break)
• Support for Children with Disabilities & Families
(caring for the disabled child to relieve the family)
The service

Older People
• People with Sensory loss, including those with dual
sensory impairment
• People with Learning Disabilities
• Children & Families
• People with Physical Disabilities
• The Family or Personal Carers of the Above

Dressing / Undressing
Bathing
Preparing light meals
Housework
Laundry
Sitting service
Sleepovers
Toileting
